How Kingfisher helped employees understand their maturity savings options

Kingfisher plc is a FTSE 100 multinational retailer, known for offering a range of home improvement products to both consumers and trade professionals.

It wanted to ensure that all its Sharesave participants understood the choices available to them at maturity so that they were equipped to make informed decisions on what to do with their shares, including how to best mitigate their tax liability. Through its partnership with WEALTH at work, a financial education programme was delivered to help employees with this, as well as providing them with access to a Workplace ISA.
