Our people

Jonathan Watts-Lay
Director
Jonathan is one of the original founders of WEALTH at work. He has spent many years working with companies across the UK to help their employees improve their financial future through the provision of financial education, guidance and investment advice.
In recent years this service has extended to the Trustee market, supporting pension schemes to help their members understand their financial situation, particularly with regards to pensions and how to optimise income in retirement.
Jonathan is also a recognised commentator on a range of financial matters from how to help employees make the most of their pay and benefits, or the best ways to support them plan for their retirement by understanding the risks and complex decisions to be made. He is often quoted in the national and trade press and frequently speaks at conferences and roundtable events.

Mark Hewitson
Head of Client Development
Mark has many years of experience in financial services, including delivering service innovation and pension scheme member services for major FTSE companies.
He leads the team responsible for developing and implementing a range of financial education and guidance services for our existing clients and for companies and Trustee boards across the UK.
Mark also actively manages partnerships with major institutes for retirement savings professionals including the Pensions Management Institute and Pensions Policy Institute and leads the development of our at-retirement services for workplace pension schemes and pension scheme members.

Sarah Long
Head of New Business
Sarah joined WEALTH at work in 2021 and heads up the new business team. Sarah has extensive experience in both broad based and executive compensation plans on an international level and has over 20 years’ experience in the equity plans/employee benefits market.
She is passionate about all aspects of wellbeing in the workplace and in particular financial wellbeing to help improve people’s lives. A keen runner having participated in many marathons and is proud to have raised over £28,000 for breast cancer charities. In her spare time Sarah is also a Rugbytots coach.

Vicky East
Head of Client Relations
Victoria East is the Head of Client Relations at WEALTH at work, bringing over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has spent the last 8 years at WEALTH at work, where she has held several key roles, including a Financial Coach and a Business Development Manager. In these positions, she played a pivotal role in delivering impactful financial education to employees and championing the importance of financial wellbeing.
In her more recent role as a Relationship Manager, Victoria was dedicated to helping organisations strengthen their employees' financial resilience on topics such as pensions, tax, share schemes, investments, and retirement planning. Now, as Head of Client Relations, Victoria oversees the successful implementation and delivery of tailored financial wellbeing solutions. Her focus is on creating exceptional value for clients while supporting their employees' financial health and long-term financial success.
