The Wealth at Work group is pleased to announce that it has been awarded ‘We invest in people, silver accreditation’ by Investors in People.

Investors in People is a globally recognised accreditation that assesses and recognises organisations for their commitment to developing and managing their people effectively. It's a voluntary standard that helps businesses improve performance by focusing on staff development and overall employee experience.

To achieve the accreditation, colleagues were invited to provide feedback through a mixture of online surveys and interviews with an Investors in People Practitioner that explored leading and inspiring people, values and behaviours, managing performance, reward and recognition, development and continuous improvement. The accreditation means that the group’s people management practices are consistent, structured, and are delivering a positive impact. This achievement reflects a mature approach to leadership, values, empowerment, and performance management.
